Who delivers my order?
We primarily ship our products with UPS and TNT.
How much are the shipping costs?
When placing your order, the shipping costs will be displayed once you have fully entered your billing details. Orders over one hundred and fifty euros excluding VAT are shipped free of charge within Europe*.
Orders from three hundred and fifty euros excluding VAT are shipped outside Europe with a fifty percent discount on shipping costs (with a maximum of one hundred euros).
*Free shipping within Europe applies to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic), Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, and San Marino. All other countries are eligible for the fifty percent discount arrangement for orders above three hundred and fifty euros excluding VAT.
Note! For countries that are not members of the European Union, zero percent VAT is calculated in the webshop, but these countries may incur additional costs, such as customs clearance fees and import duties. We ship our packages according to DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms.
Are there any additional costs? (DAP Incoterms)
We ship all our shipments according to DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. This means that additional costs may apply to countries that are not members of the European Union. In these countries, zero percent VAT is calculated in the webshop, but customs clearance fees and import duties may be charged afterwards. These costs are automatically passed on by the carrier (UPS or TNT).
Countries that are members of the European Union pay VAT on their purchase. This is automatically calculated in the webshop. For these countries, there are no additional costs.
Will my order be delivered in one shipment?
Ja, we streven ernaar om alles zoveel mogelijk in één keer te verzenden. Dit doen we om de ecologische impact te beperken en de verzendkosten voor de klant te reduceren. Mocht dit niet lukken, dan ontvangt u vooraf een bericht van ons. Als niet elk artikel in uw bestelling even snel geleverd kan worden, sturen we de overige artikelen gratis naar u op in een aparte zending.
