Yes, you can return your ordered items. You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. This return period starts on the day you receive the item. The product must be returned within this period.

You are allowed to inspect and try the product. This means, for example, that you can set up a tripod and examine it, but you may not test it with a laser on a construction site or in a factory. The product must be returned unused. The return conditions are as follows:

• The return conditions take effect once you receive the complete order.
• The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The product is undamaged and unused.
• The item is in its original packaging.

Yes, you pay the return shipping costs. If you paid shipping costs, we will reimburse these to you. However, this only applies if you return the entire shipment.

This usually happens within 5 working days after we have received your package. We will keep you informed via email. Once your return has been processed, we will refund the amount.

Once we have received the product and confirmed that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the amount. Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your return.

If you return the entire order and the shipping costs were free for you, these costs will still be charged. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

It is not possible to exchange an item. However, you can return the item. If the item meets the return conditions, we will refund the amount. You can then order the desired item again.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. You can send your cancellation request to us via email. Please include the order number in your message.

Once we have processed the cancellation, we will refund the amount immediately.
