Warranty
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have a warranty on my item?
We guarantee that when you purchase an item from TripodStore, it will be in good condition. Every purchased item is covered by the statutory warranty. This means that the item must meet what a customer can reasonably expect and that it will function as expected under normal use. If this is not the case and the item no longer works properly, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. If the defect falls under the warranty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, depending on the product and the nature of the defect. Wear and defects due to aging are not covered by the warranty and therefore cannot be repaired free of charge.
What is the warranty certificate for my item?
Your invoice or purchase receipt serves as your warranty certificate. You can find your invoice in your account. If you do not have it, we have sent the invoice to the email address provided.
How long is the warranty valid?
With us, you have a 2-year warranty on every product. However, you must report any defects to us within 2 months of discovering them.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The following defects are not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, stains, or discoloration;
- Defects caused by the product not being used ‘normally’;

The warranty expires in the following cases:
- Breakage of the product (unless caused by normal use);
- The product has already been repaired by a third party.
